Delivered at Aspire Park for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Qatar 2025, the Fan Festival ran across 15 match days, designed as a family-first destination blending football, culture and community. The experience was built to stay lively beyond match moments, keeping the site active throughout each day.

The site centred on a live football activity pitch, an e-gaming arena, a main stage and secondary performance area with daily entertainment, plus workshops and interactive games. Sponsor touchpoints and a curated F&B offering supported a complete visitor journey rather than “single-activity” engagement.

Across the festival, 55 entertainment acts delivered 186 slots of DJs, cultural performances, stage shows and roaming energy. fischerAppelt led end-to-end delivery including concept and branding, entertainment and showcalling, activations acquisition, technical production, scenic build, site management, security, cleaning, F&B sourcing and operations, and workforce and volunteer management—ensuring the format ran smoothly at matchday intensity.
