Lusail Circuit made its debut in February and March by hosting the World Endurance Championship (WEC) for the first time, followed by a back-to-back MotoGP event. These two thrilling weekends of motorsport brought fans from around the globe to Qatar, creating an unforgettable experience for enthusiasts of high-octane racing.
fischerAppelt successfully executed a six-day event, comprising three days dedicated to the WEC and three days to MotoGP. The agency designed two distinct fan zone concepts, providing visitors with unique experiences tailored to each event, while offering a dynamic platform for partners and exhibitors to engage with the diverse audience.
The scope included stage production, show directing, branding, visitor journey, activations, entertainment, F&B, and the overall project management.
