Geekdom 2025 positioned Lusail as a high-energy pop-culture and gaming platform, built to feel like one cohesive festival world rather than a collection of separate zones. The experience combined live stage programming, community activations, experiential environments, retail, and F&B into a continuous guest journey designed to keep momentum high throughout the day.
The project encompassed the full on-ground translation of the creative vision into a bold industrial design language, spanning scenography, branding, audience flow and multi-area operations. A main stage provided the anchor for the public program, supported by a purpose-built market ecosystem, designed for 78 and a dedicated F&B hub.
Delivery stayed aligned with the intended look and feel from concept to execution, resulting in strong turnout and footfall across all days and consistently positive public feedback.
