fischerAppelt had the honor to conceptualize and produce this “Davos of Esports” as a full turnkey solution, managing every aspect—from overall design direction and event aesthetics to program development, speaker management, delegate and VVIP management, protocol oversight, event operations, show direction, and messaging.

Originally targeting 300-500 of the gaming industry’s most influential figures, the event exceeded expectations, drawing over 1,000 attendees, including more than 200 CEOs, and establishing itself as a key decision-maker forum. With 70 expert speakers across 17 panels and keynotes on two stages, the conference also hosted the world’s top esports awards show, honoring the best in an industry with over 3 billion players, surpassing both the global film and music industries combined.
