TEDinArabic 2023

fischerAppelt managed the spaces surrounding the main stage area for TEDinArabic 2023, a two-day flagship summit as one of the first in Qatar and the MENA region. While the main stage was managed by the TED team directly, fA was fully handling the rest of the scope.

The turnkey solution included the management of local delegates (over 4000+ registrations) and international travelers (including all speakers for TED + all guests), transport, and protocol. Further, we curated the social spaces and welcomed over 28 local and international artists, collaborators, partners, and institutions. This included F&B (live cooking), artist management, discovery leaders and their sessions, movie screening, and the creative concept/showcasing of their projects for all participants individually. The relatively informal event invited delegates from all areas of life and created a beautiful, inspiring setting and networking space for the local and international community.

The two-day summit was concluded with a private dinner at the Ottoman stables at Al Shaqab with live music and horse-show performances, entirely organized by fA.
