Feasibility study for a public mass transportation system.

Commissioned by the State of Qatar in 2008, Deutsche Bahn International (DBI) and Qatari Diar developed a feasibility study for a public mass transportation system. DBI appointed us as the lead agency to convert this study into a themed exhibition with the aim of convincing His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani of the need to build this infrastructure system. From September 2008 to February 2009, we designed and created a multimedia experience on behalf of DBI which was presented to His Excellency Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, and aimed at introducing the new Qatar Railways infrastructure concept in an innovative and interactive way. After the presentation, this was turned into a permanent exhibition.

In order to adequately present this project, a new brand identity was created: Qatar Integrated railway system. An event venue was designed and built on the premises of Qatari Diar to bring this brand to life and present it to the Emir of Qatar. One of the main benefits was that the State of Qatar decided to build an integrated railway system. the planning and implementation of this project are currently under way.
